Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please email us at support smartifythings@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Important:
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@smartifythings.com.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
