Return & Refund Policy

Returns

  • You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • To start a return, please email us at support smartifythings@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Important:
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@smartifythings.com.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
